MyTutor is a software application used for presenting, online training, web conferencing, collaborative whiteboard drawing and document editing, and user desktop sharing. It provides a virtual classroom environment for the faculty and students.
MyTutor provides most of the features you would expect from a standard web conferencing tool. MyTutor generally take one of two forms: interacting with small group using desktop sharing and video conferencing or 1 person broadcasting to an unlimited number of participants. You can also upload contents on the MyTutor so that it can be shared more quickly and easily during the MyTutor. Finally, whiteboarding functionality is provided so that anyone can highlight areas of the screen to make important points.
Communication in MyTutor is provided by the integrated audio/video streaming functionality. With smaller MyTutor, upto 4 participants to communicate at the same time, but for larger MyTutor, only one person can broadcast while the rest should sit back and listen.
